The fucked up thing is, this guy as arrested people for possessing steroids and other illegal drugs, yet he orders his Test by the 55-gallon DRUM.

His department KNOWS he's using them, yet lets him get away with it. Yet if an officer showed up for duty with booze on his breath, they'd never let him behind the wheel of his cruiser.....yet in both instances, there is clear evidence of drug use.
