Body Fortress Whey Protein
I would like some honest opions on this stuff. I know Wal-mart carries this stuff and ive seen more good reviews than bad. I have never been to big on buying walmart gainers and suppliments but i do buy quite a bit of protein bars from there like the snicker marathon bars and the big collosial protein bars. Like i said though I have seen quite a bit of good reviews with very limited bad reviews but I would like some input from ya'll. I have tried one shake of this a while back and obviously I dnt know how to mix it right because it tasted like straight shit lol. I am partial to ISS whey matrix as it makes a delious shake but if there is something that can be done to improve the taste of this BF as long as it has som good reviews with yall I'll try it. Now i do like the BF strawberry creatine shakes, I also use the optimum nutrion micronized creatine and love it. can you give me input on this body fortress whey protein?

does anyone have any advice on doctoring the chocolate protein shakes up to make them taste better? A friend told me to put 2 eggs in it and it will help thin is out

Pope that's all i use is the body fortress whey protein, cookies and cream is my favorite. I can't really compare it to other becuz honestly i think there all the same and i never really used other brands. As far as the creatine and nitric oxide, i use the pills, but not the.body fortress brand, i use the six star brand.
you should try the body fortress creatine AT, you will really like it, Iusually mix it up in a strawberry shake with whole strawberrys and strawberry ice cream, it delicious. but if im in a hurry I will just throw a scoop in some orange juice and its quite tasty as well, plus orange juice is a easy carb
