Why do some people do this?

ad

I have just looked through the pics on eroids.com and really can not beleive the before and after pics of people on here, I do not want to cause hassle or start an argument but why in the world would some of these people even consider steroids? it is very obvious that they have either;
Not spent enough time in the gym
Have no idea about how to build muscle
Have no clue about nutrition
Cant be bothered to do some hard work first
Think that steroids are a magical solution to putting on muscle

It really annoyed me..(must be the test e kicking in lol) but why dont these people just get some solid foundations first, the way I see it is that steroid use should be a natural progression, another tool to use in an already dedicated workout and nutrition lifestyle?

Is anyone with me on this? or do you think I should shut up and any idiot with access to needles and steroids should just go nuts and do wtf they want?

I often ask what kind of diets some of the guys are on in the gym and its shocking to hear some that say "I just eat eat eat" - eat what though..." I sat there one night and did 9 bags of Cheese & onion crisp because I couldnt wait for my dinner..." - that was one answer from some newby, WTF is wrong with people!

There is a couple of guys who train together and you know they mean business, these guys are big dudes and the biggest one must have a 30" waste but packing a serious frame that looks frighteneing, especially when he's walking in front of you. Thats the kind of role model the rest of the clowns in there need.

I feel you man, if one does not have the basic things covered such as training, nutrition and experience they should not probably be using steroids.

About the pics... some show serious noobage, how ever, some show exceptional work from something as little as a 12wk basic cycle.

I recently found out that my friends brother-in-law did a cycle of Test P. He stretched out a 10mL bottle over the course of 3 months. This idiot had been doing .1mL injections ED for 3 months before realizing that he was supposed to be injecting 1mL ED. This poor moron had NO clue how much he needed to be injecting, no clue how to read the syringe, no clue what concentration his test was. That is a prime example of someone who should not have their hands on AAS.

Sounds like a great way to just suppress your natural test levels for three months....for no reason at all!

Thats F'ing ridiculous!!!!!! what a complete waste...

I think its because for some it's not about sport, competition or athleticism but strictly for vanity's sake and AAS is a shortcut/insta-fix solution without having to put the time in.
my .02

of course "you and I" know this, but let us not project what we know onto the rest of the world.... Society perpetuates the quick fix without the effort and to think that EVERYONE in (this community) has the proper background and training to be moving onto AAS is ridiculous! Hence, why I take this seriously. If every ja'moche with access to a vial of test wants to juice, the very least "we" can do is try and guide them safely

I have to agree with SOME of these people. lol its like they type like they know what they're talking about (and most do) but they obviously aren't putting the time in the gym or eating correctly. sad but true that alot of people here are gonna fuck themselves up in the long run...

Commdiver25's picture

Well I suppose I might be one of those people you are talking about, lol, but in my defense I used to be very dedicated with a spot on diet and routine for several years but then 2 1/2 years ago I started traveling to parts of the world that had no gyms or even knew what one is (Haiti for one example) because of my job and I unfortunately fell off of my routine. So, in saying all that, after I got back to the real world I am now back on my diet and routine and decided to try my hand in aas to get back where I was 2 yrs ago. :-)

Rips's picture

I know exactly what you are saying 'Ripitup'.
I totally agree with you. Ive been training "properly" for 10yrs now and ive just started my first cycle of Test E to experiment whether I can get past my peak ive hit. Im naturally strong already and a lot of the guys at my gym have often said they wondered what id look like if I went on a strict course of roids...So let the experiment begin ;-)

Some of (or most of) the muppets in my gym think they are the dogs bollocks once they drop a DBol, walk round like they have a roll of 60oz twist pile carpet under their arms and have less definition than a Barrel.

Im not slating anyone who takes the steroids but im slating the ones that think they are taking a magic pill and not put any effort in. They are the ones that take DBol for months thinking they are going to gain 20kg of pure muscle not knowing what the hell they are doing packing a serious big ass gut yet have decent shoulders so walk round like they are godzilla eating a flapjack whilst training and going out half way through their (so called) session for a cigarette.

I only have respect for the dedicated trainers who are strict with their training and diet before even sniffing any roid whatsoever. Those who understand the whole steroid theme and have respect for their bodies. I just dont dig guys who go on roids for several wks and post up a picture of their "Frame" thinking they look shit hot and leave it at that.....its all about the detail for me.

Im taking pics every step of the way and ill post up a complete report once my cycle is done.

Thats my input :-)

bang on point Rips! 10 years of training behind you and now on a first cycle, would be v interested to see your pics once the cycle is done!

ripitup's picture

Haha, no not your pics lol, I think yours would be included in the few good ones out there! I totally agree, steroids are the cherry on the cake!

ripitup's picture

Thanks for your comments everyone, it is interesting to hear other thoughts on the matter and there are also a couple of really good transformation pics in there, i think it kind of got to me because deciding to use was such a HUGE decision for me and could not beleive that others took it so lightly Smile

Also people use for diffrent reasons...I'm not saying a 19yr kid has any business with AAS. Some guys here are on test therapy and maybe decided to up the dose a lillte. Some guys here are into competitive sports (and we know everyone is using). Some guys are just hard gainers. I was a hard gainer and that can be very fustrating but still I didnt do a cycle til my mid thirties. In a perfect world your right..work hard, eat like a beast and plateau and then maybe start researching and maybe considering to use AAS. It is what it is...just like when u go to the gym and see guys dancing and jerking there body to but up weights. Cant let it bother bro....I understand what ur saying tho

I am guilty of this I started using steroids way before I should had I only had about a year worth training before my 1st cycle iwas 140 lbs of nothing with no understanding of nutrition I def recommend ppl train much longer steroids speed up progress at least in my case but I ran into some injuries that I think came from growing a bit to fast.

ripitup's picture

true, was just a little rant, no wonder roids get such a bad name though hey
