34 lbs in just 2 months
I know we all can sit in here all day long and give each other advice on how to do what and what to eat and what to run and stack together yada yada yada. would you rather take advice from someone that you have no idea what they look like or be able to see how steroids has changed someones life by seeing b4 and after pics? so here is how i gained 34 lbs of lean ripped muscle in two months. By no means am I downing anyone, all im saying maybe its a easier to take someone elses advise by seeing the actual change its made for them. heres my b4 and after pic and below it is my cycle and daily diet. maybe this will help at least one person get over the big ass hump that lies in front of weight gain with a stupid high metabolism. trust me i was there.

cycle 1: Test Cypionate 250 / Test Propionate 100
2 shots per week @ 125 mg cyp & 50 mg prop per shot
( i ran my 1st cycle at lower doses of prop to introduce synthetic test back into my body)
Ran this cycle for 10 weeks. 12 lbs gain in my 1st cycle
Cycle 2: Test Cypionate 300 / Nandrolone Decanate 300
2 shots per week @ 150 mg cyp & 75 mg deca per shot
( make sure you run the deca at half the dose of cyp to avoid deca dick)
Ran this cycle for 10 weeks as well. 22 lb gain
Daily diet:
Morning @ 830-900am 2 packs of oatmeal or grits W/ multi vitamin
Lunch @ 1130am-12pm 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwich, 1 can of fruit cocktail
Dinner @330-400pm 1 meat(steak,ribs,beef tips ect. and a carb (pasta, rice, bread)
2nd dinner @ 900-1030pm fish fillet, potatoes, green veg. creatine shake (2 scoops of strawberry ice cream, 2 eggs, 1 scoop of body fortress strawberry creatine, yogurt, 3 ice cubes,fresh strawberry's, orange juice and straw berry banana orange juice,. and one 31g protein bar.

yeah my shake is my most favorite part of the day. It is a great tasting shake and it doesnt have that nutritional shake taste.

breakfast: 6:30 (something shitty cuz i'm always in a hurry) usually a bacon egg & cheese mcrgiddle with low fat milk and a hash brown and lotsa vitamins
Brunch: 2 PB&J sandwiches (heavy on the peanut butter) and a slimfast
lunch: Subway with a vitamin water zero & lotsa vitamins
Whatever the fuck u wanna call the next meal: small lean cuisine tv dinner (the healthy kind) and a protein bar
dinner: MEAT(steak, burgers, etc (no fish) and pasta or bread & veggies and MORE vitamins lol

Wow. That is a sweet transformation. I'm a little confused though, you say you gained 34 pounds in 2 months, but you list two 10-week cycles. Either way, good job.
i should have specified, my "b" homie, im still halfway in my 2nd cycle. when i finish my 2nd cycle ill let you know what my finished weight is, i actually started in july
Nonetheless, if you are 1/2 way into your second cycle, assuming you took no time off between cycles, you're still 15 weeks in, right?
And can you clarify, you only run 150mgs of deca per week?
yeah im runnin 150 mgs a week of deca and no i didnt pct between and im at 15 weeks. I have a friend running the same cycle which he was a lil over weight in the begining, he has been very successful with his cycle to although we are running them for seperate reasons, im trying to bulk and hes cutting. however i have a lil bit of a advantage with having test def so im actually gonna blast and cruise after this cycles over
