Inflammation
ad
Hey guys I woke up yesterday with some bad inflammation in my left knee and my lower back, almost as if they are alittle swollen but nothing you can visibly see. I havent trained back since tuesday and legs since Thursday and never felt any discomfort afterwards. By 5pm yesterday i could barely bend over or bend my knee. I'm in my mid 20's so nothing age related so is it at all possible it could be caused by the Dbol? I doubt the test would do anything like that.

D bol is known to cause back spasms excessive pumps in lower back and things like that. I get actual pain in the lower right back. When this happens I clean up my diet and be careful what I p;ut in my body, alcohol, goody powder, ect. Drink lots of water
It goes away.
As far as training, how many rest days do you take? We grow on rest days so make sure you take them.
TxBigBoyWed/sat/sun normally. Yea that's what I read and was wondering about Dbol causing it. I have been getting some nasty upper back pumps but not many lower.
TxBigBoyI'ma go ahead and give the benefit of the doubt to my supplier and say the gear is so good that I must have overtrained and didn't realize cause of how juiced up I am!
sounds like you could be over training a bit... gotta let the body catch up to the psych bro. just cuz you "feel" like you're ready to add plates doesn't necessarily mean ur ready too... be especially careful with tendons, bro
sounds age related to me - young and full o'juice! (LOL)
TxBigBoyHaha you might be right, I do feel like I'm recovering really fast so maybe I'll just slow it down alittle.
sgtstedankoWhoa bubba, don't know, but I wouldn't think that it would be dbol... Aside from looking like the stay puft marshmallow man, I don't remember any swelling:) Didn't you just pin your quad though dude?
TxBigBoyYea my right quad but pip is gone. This is my left knee (which has actually pretty much gone away now) but my backs still alittle inflamed. Just can't figure out what's causing it cause I'm 100% healthy other than that. Guess im just gonna stick with some ibuprofen and take it easy on back this week.
sgtstedankoHuh, weird... Do you do H.I.I.T? Or a lot of plyometrics? Personally that's fucked up my already bad knees... Maybe bad form bicep day, back prob? That's happened to me more than I care to admit: KMI
TxBigBoyNaw neither of those, and form is pretty good. Im thinking i must have just slept in a wierd position and messed myself up. I've been tossing and turning alot lately ever since I started the test. Thanks for the concern though
sgtstedankoTry flipping your bed over bro. If that would work. I read somewhere that you're supposed to buy a new bed like every 4 years. Could def be the bed.. Not a prob dude. I care about people; Some would say too much. It's my downfall:) I just last night talked a 19yo dude "dirtyP" out of taking gear. Took time out of my night to give him a workout/diet plan. And if he follows it, he'll come back here in a few years or so, Hungry for more... Honestly, the way I look at it, is this. That's why we're all here. This is after all our underground community bro. Take it easy on your back. The older you get the easier it is to fuck it up...
TxBigBoyYea doesn't help that I'm 6'5"! But yea I've heard about the bed thing, we actually just got a really nice pillow top 2 years ago and unfortunately it's only on one side so no flipping :( but it's super nice.
sgtstedankoYeah, rub it in dude:)! My beds the same way though. Honestly the best bed I've found is the select comfort adjustable dial doohickey bed. Just make sure you put it in properly. My girlfriend was all like"this bed sucks, it's too hard, and my dial doesn't work" It took me almost a month to figure out that it was upside down. So what I had my dial set at was on her side, and vice versa. That fucking thing is HEAVY bro! Flipping that thing over single handed fucked up my back...
