+ 10 Raised Cortisol lvl & Phosphatidylserine
The main side that I get from Tren is the night sweats, insomnia & slight anxiety due to stress. All of these are brought on due to raised cortisol levels. So I supplement Phosphaditylserine & it really is the most effective at mitigating or even eliminating them.
Suggested supplementing range is between 600-800
This was result of case study, Conclusion. Phosphatidylserine (600 mg) per day for 10 days reduces exercise-induced cortisol levels. Based on this study phosphatidylserine supplementation can be used to reduce exercise-induced stress caused by cortisol. ... Past experiments used 800 mg of phosphatidylserine, while this study used 600 mg.

The link provided is the only proof I have to provide.
My experience is that with keeping estrogen, blood pressure in check & cutting out carbohydrates after 2pm I was still waking up in pools of my own sweat.
Adding the PHS at 900mg ED reduced the sweating tremendously & I was able to sleep longer than 40min straight. I was not able to realize the benefit of the supplement till about day 9 or 10.
Now, I do still sweat a bit but it is localized only to my pillow & or it might be drool.
My last run I started supplementing 1week prior to first pin of Tren Ace & the sides were mitigated very well throughout.

Good study, it lower kortisol by rafly 40%, 600mg a day of PS.
Great news.
Do you know how much tren raises kortisol? Did not know that, but I use tren often
JayD718Have you ever tried Soya Lecithin for those problems? I've found that it works very similarly to Phosphatidylserine Complex. Soya Lecithin has almost all of the same ingredients, but at a much cheaper price. These are the active ingredients, and as you can see, they are in much higher amounts:
Soya Lecithin 1,200mg
Phosphatidylcholine 180mg,
Phosphatidylethanolamine 150mg,
Phosphatidylinositol 100mg,
Phosphatidic Acid 60mg
Soya Lecithin is also very effective for your liver, heart, and brain health as well. I take it everyday, along with other favored supplements and vitamins. I'm kin of a supplement junkie! You should check it out, and save yourself a few bucks. A big bottle of 120 softgels of Soya Lecithin, is actually cheaper than a smaller bottle of Phosphatidylserine Complex!
Thanks, I’ll take a look at it!+2
Thanks MAX +
Very interesting. I always like seeing proof.
DobermannAnother great supplement to the arsenal +++thnx for sharing
Good stuff ty
Nice one +
Going to look into this one
This is a good one, thank you. How did it work on you, did it help to avoid Tren side effects??
It works well for me, I still have a elevated core body temp but can sleep through the night without waking up soaking wet multiple times a night to lay down a towel to sleep on
Thanks for the info again, will give it a try, will share my experience a bit later
Yeah man, welcome to lvl1
Hey thanks Max, not sure what it means though lol

Hey it’s working lol
What’s your recommended dosing protocol, with food or empty stomach... etc. and how long do you typically run it?
I take 1 gel cap 3x a day with food. It’s 900mg a day
