Oestrogen is in middle of normal range at 109 pmol/l (41-159) and this was done by only using 0.25mg arimidex a day. So think i will reduce that slightly to aim to have oestrogen at the top of the normal range.

One weird thing about the way i react is prolactin is double reference range. This has happened on every cycle I’ve ever done, which have never had 19-nors in. Guessing it’s just the way my body converts extra test rather than so much aromatizing to e2 (as the low AI usage shows?) ? Although any advice from those who have experienced similr would be appreciated, as everything i have ever read or heard on high prolactin is only discussed in the context of deca/tren.
