Keep it up. Good stuff.
Thank you. Battling my waist. 36 inches. Not much fat. Just large. 2 small vertical hernias that make it look a bit larger. Air bubbles
I got a big waiste I'm battling also. At least we are in the battle and not the sidelines.
I can barely pinch an inch. Somewhat of a six pack. Too much food I guess. Not enough work on my part
Looking good.
Thanks Sam; Hit and Miss all day long- Considering. Good day Mate
Looking thick dude +
Working on it. Mo education. Thanks
Me too man, always mo, mo, mo! Lol. Keep grindin'.
Lookin jacked broseph
Long time no hear. Great dude. Keep it up man. No Homo, lolol.
RustyhookerLarge! Keep kickin ass!
I may be taller but your much more symmetrical and balanced. My head is way too big and I have a 19 inch neck, 17 inch arms, 15 inch valves and none of it is symmetrical. Each bicep is 3/4 of an inch off
RustyhookerThats the joy though bro. Fixing our lil quirks. Its a constant. If it was easy, none of us would be here pushing eachother. Thered be a 1 size fits all pill and be bored. One session at a time bro!!
I spend time on YouTube watching and listening to Dorian Yates; 3.5 hours a week weight training alone, but he followed a constant program for years and rarely missed that 1 back workout and day 2 was an off day from weights.if he missed, he could not make it up. I try and follow Dorian's High intensity program with a few tweaks. Being constant and persistent is hard man. Pull this off man. I've got a positive feeling bro about you conquering, No Homo, lololol. I don't know how you define your level of success but I hope you succeed man and just reach your goals and do your best bro, that's all that matters. Hell man I'd be happy and successful just for getting up on that stage and doing what you guys are doing
I usually maintain 200. Last summer I dropped to 185 living 5 weeks of IV nutrients. I ran 10 weeks which was stupid at the time, but I know that I recovered 100, gained strength like crazy and recovered fast, but I have 2 new smaller hernias poking out of my gut, Recently during this last cycle. Don't know if it was from the incision during surgery but the holes are there in the abdomen. but I kept my doses low, didn't go to the extreme with anything, diet was back and forth, had a bit of rebound because I'm sure the SERMS were of lower quality, and stopped as soon as my creatinine started to get high. I recovered and turned into a mean digesting, shitting machine.
I'm considering running a 6-8 week blast with some just some base product and maybe some Prop or acetate product (TestBase and acetate, GHB, and Nandro base, dont know) which counts any TPP or NPP out after understanding their halflives. Imma try to prove to myself that the shorter cycles are as good as longer cycles (10weeks for example), but are safer in terms of Liver, kidney, and cholesterol (cycle will be over by the time these numbers in increase).
I figure to keep Cortisol levels in good range, I'd take it easy during PCT, which was a bad idea last time. PCT must be done with good diet and hard work minus life stress. Stress just fucks it all up-cortisol is just a progress killer; confidence and sense of well being is a must. I almost nailed it though with this last PCT. Thanks
RustyhookerGotta fix those hernias so you can be worry free.
Shorts vs long esters.... good and bad with both. Shorts force you to focus everything into 8 weeks so thats a bonus! But if your goals are lofty then it can cause frustration if gains are slower. Long esters give ya 12ish weeks but ya gotta keep that short ester focus from day one and not hit week 6 then push hard. But you can do more in the 12ish weeks too. Less pinning typically as well.
I've got 3 small ones, 1 of them right on the belly button; it's shifted a bit and sticks out an inch and crooked. The other is upper left abdomen that look like a small air bubble the size of a half dollar. The other is right about the jock strap. Probably 4 inches across, 1.5 width and I can tuck in and out the intestine. Massive pain underneath though after long days. I just know surgery is easy some day but it will put me out for a while
Makes sense. Then it takes a good while for stuff to kick in as well, but then I've never done a short ester cycle. I'm thinking of just doing this for myself in attempt to put on a solid 8 pounds after pct and to keep all my numbers in range. I'm going to log for myself week to week. 4 weeks than 6, but no more than 8 at reasonable doses. I'm just thinking now, but just need to do things right. There is absolutely no excuse for failure. All necessary data and other info is here. Anynody whim fails on here or does not succeed according to their own definition of what defines success is due simply to lack of wisdom because of laziness (I'm an expert). I need to run more blood next week. I'm good just curious to see where test levels are at. Thanks for your help
...Damn copies man, everytime
Lol nice editing 6weeks after pct still looking good
Ya. I felt good during that pct. I only had 5000IUs of HCG to add to the other serms, took it as the esters cleared out, half and half 5 days apart and I could really feel that HCG. I think 1000ius a day for 10 days after last pin and before SERMS is a good way to go I believe after a lot of research, I'm on it
