Has anyone else had a delay with shipments to the UK sent just before Christmas? My order was shipped 21st December, so 32 days ago, and still hasn't arrived. My previous order shipped 28th November only took 10 days to arrive.
Support has kindly assured me that if the item is lost in transit, they will replace the order, but I'm just trying to get a sense if other people are experiencing the same issue with delays to the UK.

How do you know which warehouse you are buying from? I’m in the Us- is it automatic? Do I have to go through a certain Chanel within the website?
Is the benefits for price or selection to order from outside the US? Like from their main warehouse (which I’m guessing is in Aus?)

On each product page is specified the shipping warehouse. You can order from any of the warehouses without any kind of problems... however, if you need products fast, we recommend the US warehouses. You can check the 'Manufacturers' section on the website and you can see the flag that indicates the shipping location.
"Is the benefits for price or selection to order from outside the US?" - it depends on the brand. On the promo banner are specified also the warehouses included in the promo.

Blimey!! Are the contents still insured by the carrier given whats inside them or is the package value completely lost?
I don't have this information. The shipping warehouse is investigating the issue with the carrier but we can't postpone the orders until the issue is solved so we decided to reship to avoid bigger delays.
Somewhere someone is sat with a LOT of gear!! Buggers
