Hello everybody, I've been in the fitness industry for a while now, and I've always only used Anavar for my prep.
I'm curious to try something new, any recommendation ?

Primo is definitely an option in terms of changing composition without some of the harsher excessive virilisation effects. I trained with a competitive female bodybuilder, (great training partner), for a couple of years about 10 years ago so I can help if you need. Feel free to drop me a line if you need to.

You look in decent shape. Anavar at the right dosage should do wonders. As for getting a bit bigger, perhaps up the calories before upping dosage.
