Peptide dosage purely for better skin/slight health benefits

I'm planning on trying some peptides (ghrp2 or 6 with cj1295 wo dac)
Everywhere you read about a saturation dose of 100mc of each 3x a day. I understoods that for health and muscle growth that is the optimal dosing regime.

But nowhere can I find if lets say 50mcg of each 3x a day would still be beneficial.

I'm trying to find a dose which give me the skin benefits and modest health benefits of peptides at a dose which is virtually sides free.

I've people get lethargic, tingling hands, prolactin issues etc at 100mcg 3x a day.

Is there a dose lower than 100mcg a day that would help with what im trying to achieve?

Or maybe using 100mcg twice a day? Idk
