Some Healthy, Low-Carb Snacks

There is no health reason to eat more than 3 meals per day, but if you get hungry between meals then here are some healthy, easy to prepare low-carb snacks that can fill you up:

A Piece of Fruit
Full-fat Yogurt
A Hard-Boiled Egg or Two
Baby Carrots
Leftovers From The Night Before
A Handful of Nuts
Some Cheese and Meat

You can increase the list of products)) is not necessary to stop at these products. But you're right. It can be used

With all due respect, are you a small chick into yoga or something? Nothing wrong if you are but this looks like it belongs in the women's section.

I'm pushing 220lb and want to be 240lb so I assure you that I need 7 meals a day. Even when I'm cutting I eat more than three. If I ate less than 4 or 5 I'd be a little stick.

Good point lol. This list MIGHT keep me full during my workout and then I'll need to eat like a man afterwards again

a piece of fruit? you can eat 100 grams of watermelon and only consume 7.55 grams of carbs. 100 grams of strawberries - 7.68 grams of carbs... not sure what you're goals are but you should definitely be eating more than 3 meals a day whether you are bulking, cutting, or maintaining. 3 meals is simply not enough for you metabolism.

I think you mean to say "there's no reason to eat less than 5 meals per day- not including snacks" ;)

There is no health reason to eat more than 3 meals per day,

Maybe no health reasons for the average joe, but for someone trying to build mass, or to lose fat and minimize cravings and keep metabolism boosted, 3 squares a day isn't going to cut it.
