Proper Use of HCG w/ Test E & DBOL Cycle

Hey guys im going to be running a 12 weeks cycle with test E and dbol.

w1-12 test e 750mgs/wk
wk 1-4 50 mgs/day dbol

I keep reading that hcg use during cycle can help youre natural hormones recover more quickly, but im reading alot of conflicting ideas on how the best way to use that HCG is. I DO NOT want to use it PCT from what ive read. What would you dosages should i use and when (in your opinion obviously).

as you've said there are loads of conflicting options on this matter. you're right about now wanting to running it during your actual pct (nolva/clomed). that would totally.hinder your recovery and restart of lh.

I usually use it during Cycle and the limbo phase between stopping the enanthate and starting pct with nolva and clomid. some people will say this may not be the best because I would be desensitizing my testes to it while on Cycle and it would not be as effective blasting during the limbo phase. I dissagree with this based on my experiences.

I do think that it's very important to run while on Cycle to prevent my leydig cells from "falling asleep" too long. your body will adjust and start pumping out lh as soon as your body realizes it needs it. the leydig cells are usually the main culprit that slows recovery. gotta keep those leydig cells alive and awaken and hcg is the best way to do it. you don't want to run it very which though while on cycle.

just out of curiosity what is your Cycle history, diet and body fat?

28 years old. 3rd cycle. First one in about 5 years. 235lbs. 15% BF. My diet is very clean but I have a problem not portion ingredients everything I eat. In the a.m. I have start with one cup of egg whites, two whole eggs, and a scoop of whey. I also have a sliceof rye. Then throughout the workday day every 2-3hrs I eat a healthy serving of crock pot cooked chicken breast, with a slice of rye. At night I tend to eat 4 or 5 pieces frozen tilapia with a cup of oatmeal. 2 scoops of whey after every lift, and two bananas. It's not perfect but seems to work pretty well for me.

youre correct in the way you use it. Desenseitizaion doesnt occur from using hcg ( well maybe in stupid high doses for to long and to frequent), but when ones leydeg cells in their balls stop recieving the LH signal for a long period of time. Hcg is basically a synthetic LH, so by using it during the cycle it keeps the boys "awake" so when pct comes and the pituitary starts releasing LH naturaly again they never "forgot" about it and know exaclty what to do with it and recovery happens that much faster. Theres a few studies out there talking about stopping testosterone and measuring the rise of natural LH vs test levels and LH levels return to normal very quickly but test levels take took many many weeks longer to return to normal because this desensitization occured during the cycle when the hpta was shut down and no LH was given
