Carb Cycling and Anavar

ad

Female, 33, 5'6", 153lbs, 23% bf, lift 4-5 times per week and cardio 1-2 times per week (30-45 minutes).

Hi I've been lifting and working out for years. I've maintained good weight and muscle, but I want to get cut up.

Currently, I'm 5'6" and weigh 153lbs. I am approximately 23% body fat. I really want to get down to 18% and have tried many different diets and plans and never get the results I want.

I am lifting 4-5 times a week and doing cardio (usually rollerblading 1-2 times per week).

I eat well 90% of the time, but I do have 1-2 cheat meals per week.

I have used carb cycling in the past and it did work well for losing weight.

I want to add anavar to cut body fat and maintain my muscle.

Question is: will carb cycling work well with anavar? How many mg should I take per day? Should I alter the dose based on high carb vs low carb days?

Anyone have a weekly diet plan they can send me???

Thanks so much for your help!

You need to cut out those 1-2 cheat meals/wk first. That should help quite a bit.

For starters, post up your current dieting plan.

I'd also recommend looking to the ladies lounge, and perhaps friend requesting some of the more informed women there, as they have tons of experience regarding this, Kali, GRRL, etc.

Thank you. I will go to the ladies lounge and cut out the cheat meals. I am trying to get help with the carb cycling plan. I understand the basics- low carb days lighter workouts, high carb days heavy lower body workouts, and one day a week of rest and juicing?

The trick is all in relativity, as in relatively high carb days on heavy workout days compared to your light carb days. So if your light carb days involve 50-100g carbs, then your heavy carb days should be say 200-250g (I'm just throwing hypothetical numbers, not real ones) and not 600g.

The anavar is only a supplement, and it will only enhance the effects of your dieting and training. You shouldn't be relying on it to cut down. I would suggest holding off on var until your diet is in check, and then adding it in once you're smooth sailing so to speak.

Also remember that your workout tempo might change when you're cutting up. I haven't done any aesthetic cycles so to speak, but when I needed to drop in weight to make weight, my body was significantly more fatigued due to having less intake. So you're going to have to see how you body adjusts to this new diet. Ideally your workouts will not change in intensity or frequency, but you'll have to be the judge of that as it comes along.

Also, remember that while you will have lower and higher carb consumption days, a very important factor is the actual timing of the consumption of carbs. I do believe Makwa has some great posts regarding the timing, and I do suggest maybe PMing him for a little guidance as he's a goldmine of info regarding dieting properly.
