+ 1 keto sweet tooth killer
Been running keto and other than craving carbs for the first couple days havent wanted sweets. BUT I found this recipe, tried it out and damn its good. Its basically fudge but so damn good....
in a sauce pan on low heat combine:
1 cup coconut oil ( i used solid coconut oil)
1/2-3/4 cup of natural peanut butter (make sure its low sugar or no sugar added)
1 tablespoon of stevia
8 tablespoons of unsweetend cocoa powder
1/2 cup of butter
melt it all down, mix together (dont want to find a chunk of coconut oil later).
Once you melt it all together then place into jello moldings or ice cub trays. I used cup sized jello molds so it made 4 servings. The recipe with its molds (ice cube trays) calls for 24 servings).... Tinker with the stevia and peanut butter. I added more because the unsweetened cocoa powder was powerful
Fill each mold and then sprinkle with crushed nuts (i used macadamia for the extra fat). Put in freezer for 45 minutes and then BAM.... high fat low carb treat for the people who are doing keto.
