Is there any suppelements /gear/pep /hgh. What would or could be used to speed recovery of posrt surgrey. just got back fusion 3weeks ago l5 s1 decopressed scrapes cleaned amd Kadabra bone put in l4 l5 form and a disc fusion staples come out tomroow. And im ready to get this recovery in high gear ...
I have done three proir cycles dbol and test 1-2

Are you not doing Physical Therapy? That is the place to be and that is what will get you back up and running.

Start off before you get out of bed by placing your pelvis in neutral and do 10-20 pelvic tilts.
You can achieve pelvic neutral by raising your knees up, while lying supine. Then, pelvic tilts are the anterior and posterior movement of the pelvis. Do these slow. A stretching regimen is key to a successful lifting regimen, while utilizing light weight. If you experience pain, stop and proceed later. Listen to your body.

Incorporating AAS into your plan might not be a good idea right now. However, you will benefit from high protein. Maybe some of the other members could add suggestions regarding HGH. Best of luck. Take it slow and lift lightly. When is your next follow up after the staples are removed? You could also look into getting a TENS unit. I picked one up for around 40 USD online and received it in three days.
