I finally got my arms over the 20" mark. What are everyones goals?
I finally hit 20 inches....looking for 1/2 to 1 inch more then Ill be satisfied..oh hell who am I kidding no I wont LOL....theres pics to verify on my profile....forearm is 17 1/2 BTW which makes putting on a bench shirt a biotch
Smaller arms, bigger back & bigger legs
My buddy is 5' 10 and has 20 inch arms; doesn't even work them either. I'm 5' 6" with 17.2 inch arms but I'm limited by my height. Would love to see 18 but currently im cutting so I'm gonna lose an inch.
My arms are just not big enough. They are in in proportion with my body however small I feel. I'm blasting them however this is a weakness for me. I would say I'm around13-14 for my arms but I need to officially measure them
You have long muscle fibers due to your height; you can get them big. You have to isolate them and do more spider curls and straight bar curls.
