IGF1 LR3 vs PEG MGF for Endurance Athletes
So I've done as much research as possible, literally weeks spent browsing everything.
I originally started out at HGH but I'm not in the right age spectrum for that, but now I'm down to my last two, hopefully someone can give me experienced advice and knowledge for this.
Stats: 21 y.o. 5'11 178lbs
I'm a huge endurance athlete, full body strength as well as cardiovascular strength is essential for both preparation and competing in a event coming up for me. I can only pin PW and only once a day at max.
Anywhere from a 10 mile timed run to a 275 front Squat along with rock climbing is what I'm dealing with.
Recovery, stamina, energy, and durability are huge for me, I've been leaning towards 30mcg LR3 EOD just for recovery and slight growth purposes, but I'm afraid of the pumps that could hurt my situation more than help. How do you avoid the pumps?
On the other hand PEG MGF is a great option too, I can do it on the weekends, my off days, and it's huge for recovery. But is this effective before bed if it's following another training day tomorrow? My plan was 200mcg every Saturday or more often if it's possible (maybe Sat/Wed).
Again, I'm more for overall durability.. muscle mass doesn't mean much in my case, strength would be nice as well though. I'm pretty restricted on when I'd be able to pin.
