Body Symmetry

Anybody have any ideas how to correct a body symmetry problem? I have a noticeably bigger right side calf muscle and right bicep due to working conditions and body/strength favoritism on the job site over the years. I was considering only working the one side bicep/calf for a month or two but that doesn't seem like it will be very productive to maintaining and reaching my overall goal. -THANKS-
