Simple and effective! Pretty much on the same road with the P/C ratio.

So I'm having to ask this. What is the macros on this? Also are you using any peptide like ghrp6 to be able to get these meals in? Like Drywall said it does look very structered and it does look very well put together. Impressed to say the least. Now when you get closer to show time how are you going to manipulate the carbs and how are you going to prep for water depletion?

Not using any peptides a the moment. I eat this way year round except for more carbs in the off season. My body is used to it. I get hungry if I go 30 min past time to eat. Don't need anything to get it in.

Protein about 500 grams day carbs about 150. Broke my good food scale but it's not off by that much so I will leave it at about. As far as carb manipulation, Gonna see how I look before I decide. I'm a little less than 6 weeks out and almost contest ready. My BF measured 4.1% 1.5 weeks ago and I'm down 2.5 lbs since then. Not doing a water/sodium load. Will decrease sodium intake 3 days out but wont cut it out all together. Prob 1500mg 3 day out. Will also have aldactone on board 2 days out. Will cut water out Early Friday around noon. Goal is to be as ready as possible prior to the show so I will have less to variables to play with.
