Anyone added muscle while using CKD DIET in a caloric surplus ?

Im starting my 12 week test e cycle soon, and i am a little chubby. My ideal goal is a recomp adding about 5 pounds of muscle and losing all my fat.

Would a keto diet, say eating at maintainance on non workout days and then about 500 calories above maintainance on workout days with a carb up day once every week work well for this ?

If i had to pick my goals in order they would be

  1. Get shredded
  2. Add muscle / weight
  3. Gain strength

CKD lean bulk, any experience on or off cycle ?
