4 weeks into a cycle, and fractured both wrists

Off to a great cycle when BAM! Fractured both wrist in a 300 lbs front squat... Should I stop cycle and start pct, or finish & focus on running, core, and lower body. I play football.

That sucks bro, I try to take it easy during the beginning of my cycle because muscles get stronger than connective tissue and its prime injury time. Hope everything heals up good bro.

if you were in the middle of a gh cycle, id tell you to start blasting. but aas, start pct.
I just got back from fractured elbows. I cant fly apparently...... Take the time off or its surgery...plates...screws. Loss of range of motion sucks!

cdaddy7The pressure of lifting will continue to reinjure your wrists and could possibly even result in a break. Fracture means a crack in the bone or bones in ur case. If you do not give urself the time to heal u will cause perm damage that will hinder u in years to come and reduce ur ability to lift or perform physical activities beyond just the gym. Be smart and treat ur body right. its the only one u got and follow uncle Zewi's advice below
zewiI would yes... Time on = time of. If you get of now and do PCT. just do your core and cardio, by the time you wrist are healed you can start a new cycle.
