Need help with summer diet!!!

Okay so summers coming and its time to start leaning up. Im looking to drop some fat but gain some more muscle. I know diet is everything so i figured id focus on that first. So what im asking for is for someone to give me an example of a diet that will achieve the results im looking for.
Stats
21 yrs old
5 9
170 lbs
Around 10-12% bf
Any advice would help im open to all suggestions
