New to This, T3/Clen/Winstrol
I've been thinking about getting into steroids for a while now and am finally breaking down. I'm 6'0 200lbs, I know I need to burn fat and keep my current muscle mass or even build more. I've done some research and this is the best I can come up with because the sources I have found aren't pertaining specifically to my situation.
I'm not sure at all if pct is necessary or if I'm being too conservative with my dosage.

I think i may have left out some information in my intro. I've been doing insanity the past couple months and lost about 20lbs. I eat about 1500 calories a day consisting of chicken, and other white meats, protein, rice, and steamed vegetables. I'm just looking for something to speed along the process and I've heard good things about clen and T3. I've taken a month long regimen of winstrol before just looking to do it by the book this time so i don't waste my money.
tread-mGood for you brother on the 20! My advice would be to jump over to fish and pound that ass off. I lost 32 pounds in one month with no compounds when I went the wrong direction once, dont recommend it but I have no patience. You got this, without all the things that seem to make it simple. I dont mind a little heat up in metabolism but as H said, I recommend T-3 or T-4 when its suppressed due to hgh or other conditions. Whats you bf% today? All your stats and goals? With your height and weight there you may be thinking too lean, unless you're 20% bf you know.....

tread-mYeah no I'd wait just in case you're gyno prone and do as you say. Drop that bf down there, run H's first cycle then time off, cycle plus pct time= time off, and come back for round two and do the same with an anavar hit in the second cycle and get a brother lookin good! Keep hittin it man, you're almost there. No reason at all you cant do this in a month...
tread-mThe only thing you're missing here is heroine weeks 1-4. Get your ass to work brother and do what it is you havent been doing in the kitchen and gym and come back so we can talk once you're serious about your health. I would go down and write H's advice on a piece of paper and have it laminated, carry it with you while you bust balls and then lets talk about a game plan.
Have you ever been on t3 and clen? Together I'd be more afraid of taking them together than the actual steroid. Your a few steps way to ahead for a beginner. Go to the forums and look up first time cycles. You want test. If your wanting to get stronger I hope your not afraid of needles. If your just trying to lose weight I wouldn't even touch the stuff.

My suggestion would be to get ur diet in check, up ur cardio and a thermogenic (clen) would not be out of th question. THEN is ur still interested in a cycle:
