Cut my carbs down a bit the PACK is coming back in nicely I need to work on those rear delts and back a lot more. It was supposed to be chest day today bug due to me being stupid and arm wrestling my arm has a bit of sand in it . I decided to work legs today instead nothing too intense . Went well first time getting over 350 on leg press got 550 I was happy with the outcome of today's workout . Will post legs next Friday.
