Well since my journey started in January at 140lbs I've came alone way. The amount of hard work has been paying off ! I just want to take this time to say thank you to everyone that has helped me with anything ever on here I appreciate everything everyone has done for me. I haven't been on as much as I use to but I will be trying to be on more so that I can help people and give back a little like all of you have done for me! Keep up the good fight guys! I apologize for the shitty picture quality.

Thanks man. All pretty much solid gains. Idk my body just took very well to all the gear and the protein the diet just grew and grew and grew. That and a combination of things i've learned from here. I can only go further from this point my goal for the next 6-10 months is to hit 200
