3rd cycle coming up
sticking to the basics still with test only again. No need for anything else just yet. Test E 500mg for 12 weeks with Prop Kicker 100mg EOD for first 4. Trying to cut down a bit before lean bulk throughout winter here in AUS. Currently on holidays and it's been pretty hard to stay cut!

Anonjust saw this post.looking good bruz..I played around with a few compounds like a kid in a candy store but at the end of the day test is your friend and is all i will ever use in any future cycles-but looking at you,i wouldnt change a thing..fuk for if you aint competing-just keep doing what your doing and if anything up that test a notch;)+1

why though? from what I've heard high estrogen conversion, risk of gyno, big water retention, high bp, headaches, lethagic feeling etc all for some strength gains and to piss 50% of the mass away. im all about staying cut while adding lean mass so to me test is so much easier to control with an ai and a prop kicker is much leaner gains

nah knew you werent mate. I know I could gain a lot more size with dbol but I know this will sound dumb but I still dont think ive perfected my diet and training etc the AAS is just one variable that im not trying to change. just think once I maximize my gains from diet, training and rest and THEN add more compounds ill blow up!
not quite sure about deca with hard shutdown and prolactin. eq or masteron will be the next addition I think!
AnonYeh awesome approach mate your obviously not one of the lazy guys that expects way to much from the roids! Eq would definatly be worth considering with the way you approach things imo! So long as you continue to eat right youd gain a massive amount of quality muscle! That shit just makes u want to eat all day! I literally have hunger pains all day even after eating lol! I cant say ive experienced any sides apart from hunger and vascularity from the eq im running! A win win in my eyes! Ill be running eq and test as a base with all my cycles

I always forget that your seasons are opposite ours in the states. Good move on the test only for the 3rd cycle. I would increase the dose if you never have before. Just to see how you respond to high doses before moving on and adding another compound next time. Good to see some ppl taking advice from those who've been there. +3 from me
yeah the seasons completely screw the EBC comps for me :(
I'm starting to realise now a lot of guys use waaayyy too many compounds and should really stick to the basics. my logic now is if im not competing why do I need more than simple test? diet rest and training is what dictates the majority of results anyways.
maybe will up dose to 600-750mg. I'm guessing if I stay with 500mg it'll be my last run at that dose.
