Another thing, do you guys see an increased heart rate after giving blood? Yesterday and today
my heart rate seems to be really high compared to what it usually is.
Been reading a bit more and was wondering if there was a chance that part of my cholesterol issues are derived from low e2 which in turn may be due to low test? Thoughts?
Arthritis runs in the family as well. 10 years ago I actually went and got my sore neck checked out with xrays and the guy said I had a bit in there already (age 33). Oh well.

Donate some blood and get some good fats and omega's in you and you should be all set. What I would be worried about is your low test. You still have some LH/FSH production going on so your HPTA isn't in complete failure. Running another cycle has a very high chance of frying it for good, so be prepared to accept the consequences. Your estro is on the low end since you test is low. Not much conversion going on there. Might want to try some test boosters and see what happens.
Thanks. Going to donate in an hour when the place opens. I'm only 4 weeks post PCT so we'll see what the test/estro numbers look like in another 4 weeks. I plan on getting bloods every 4 weeks until I see them somewhat stabilize and I'll go from there. If I need to go the TRT route then I am not against that. Third kid is on the way and we don't want anymore so that won't be an issue. The inconvenience of having to pin every week well..if I can improve all the aches and pains I have then it would probably be worth it just so I can play ball with my kids and not limp around like I am 95 ; )
Get your estro up and your joints will probably thank you. That is why I would recommend trying some T boosters. Get your total T up some more and the estro will follow which should help out the joints some.
Don't let your estro get to high tho. All hormones in the body work in a balance. A high level estrogen can lead to low testosterone. Going to donate today. Ordered some fish oil and will look into niacin. Will increase my cardio a bit. Wasn't planning on starting a cut until my summer cycle but will slowly reduce cals and up cardio in the next month or so.
Will retest in 4 weeks or so to see if I need to adjust general components of diet at all but man I eat pretty good as it is already. Might introduce fatty fish a couple of times a week in place of a chicken/red meat meal.
All of that in addition to time off from the gear will hopefully help with the HDL/LDL issues.
I will see what the test and estradiol numbers are when I test again. Like I said libido isn't bad right now. Morning wood is there and libido is pretty much what it was before I started to cycle. Wife is 7.5 months pregnant anyway..; ) If it continues to be an issue down the road I will see about TRT. We are done with kids

If you dont already, spend the extra cash and eat grass fed/organic beef and Pasture raised eggs. Standard commercial meat products can have a bad fat profile. This should help the lipid profile as well, at least it helped with mine considerably.

My joints sound like a popcorn maker when my e2 gets low so I feel your pain,+ For posting bloods.

Thanks. Yes, I already do that, along with organic grass fed dairy (cott cheese, greek yogurt and milk for my coffee).
