+ 2 Poor bloodwork results

ad

Stats: Age 43 Height 6' Weight 230 BF 15% or so

Cycle History: 4 past cycles

Last cycle: 600 mg test E a week, 300mg NPP a week. 12 weeks total. 500IU hcg a week on cycle.
Last cycle pct: clomid 100/50/50/25 (wanted to see how I reacted to no nolvadex and lowish clomid after I ran HCG). I am currently running approx 2IU of Hgh a day ( I say approx because they are ppls supposedly underdosed black tops).

Diet: Lots of rice and chicken. Red meat a few times a week. Fair amount of dairy (cottage cheese every night and greek yogurt for breakfast 3 to 4 times a week). Lots of greens. Cheat meal 2 times a week when not cutting up. Don't drink, don't smoke but do dip (bad Professor..need to quit). Not taking anything specific for LDL/HDL. Used to use fish oil but stopped.

Exercise: Lift 6 times a week. Cardio anywhere from 20-45 minutes anywhere from 3 to 6 times a week (depending on whether cutting or not). Usually incline walking with some sprinting/basketball once in a while).

Current Bloods: Taken 4 weeks post PCT ending. First time taking bloods (i know i know, again, bad Professor..)

Family history: Mom's side has high cholesterol while my father's side of the family does have some diabetes in it.

Symptoms: Libido actually pretty good right now. Body feels like it has a lot of inflammation. Joints sore, I get lots of pinched nerves in my neck/back which I attribute to general inflammation. I also have ulcerative colitis, which I am taking Lialda for, which can cause some general body inflammation. I also get (what I think is) hypoglycemic quite often.

I am particularly concerned about the cholesterol numbers and high normal blood glucose. Low test/estro I can live with for now. Not sure how bad that RBC number is.

Thoughts? I have a gastro doctor but no GP atm.

Would have been convenient if I could have just edited this post but alas
doesn't seem possible. Thanks again to everybody who helped out. Going to
go give blood in a couple of hours.

The guys have you below on the cholesterol and Hb. Your total test and estrodial are still pretty low and the low estrodial could be the reason for the additional aches and pains / inflammation. That said your LH and FSH numbers are ok for 4 weeks post PCT so I would do nothing besides getting on some natural supplements to boost T - https://www.eroids.com/forum/general/over-40-trt/considering-trt-at-lown...

Do this for 8 weeks and retest. Also 6 days a week training for PCT and recovery is way too much in my opinion. Pull this back to max 4. Make sure you’re sleeping 8 hours each night and make sure you’re getting at least 80 to 100g if good fats in each day.

Good luck!

Thank you. I've actually cut back my volume some during the last month or so. I was hitting everything twice a week but have cut that back to 1 with the exception of bis/tris. Sleep is pretty good 7 to 8 hours although my wife is due to give birth with our 3rd in April so.....; ). Fats are good. I use coconut oil a bunch and have 1/2 cup of mixed nuts at night which take care of that.

Your glucose is still considered normal at 91. Don't sweat that. Liver enzymes up just a bit but will come down with a little time off. Donate and numbers will be fine. Any other help ask and let us know how your doing

pattar's picture

Thanks. Will try and donate this week. You think that will effect LDL/HDL?

RangerVet's picture

Probably not much but your hgb and get are both high so that's the priority. Then diet and time off will help your cholesterol.

pattar's picture

Thanks. Glad I got the bloods but now I am all paranoid..lol. I was actually feeling pretty good
other than the aches and pains..; )

RangerVet's picture

Don't be. All this can be reversed. Donate asap. Help you anytime. I am registered nurse. Try to help as many people I can

Last question. Next cycle was just going to be low test (300-450 mg) with HGH and IGF. How many consecutive "good" blood tests, e.g. to make sure levels are stable, should I have before jumping back on in your opinion?

RangerVet's picture

I honestly think your cholesterol honestly needs a 6 month layoff. It takes time to screw it up and time to let it all settle down. Of course longer off the better.

pattar's picture

Ok thank you.

pattar's picture

Would give you some karma but I can't..maybe somebody else will donate some for me ; )

RangerVet's picture

If it's possible for you go donate a pint of blood. Your blood is thick. If you cannot take 81mg aspirin daily for a while. Really need to get rid of some blood.

pattar's picture

I can donate. Aspirin is probably a bad idea with my ulcerative colitis. I am going to add some fish oil and take another blood test in a month or so (will be 8 weeks or so since end of PCT) to see if more time after cycle/PCT will clear some of this up. If not then I will go see a GP. I have an appt. with my GI doc next month as well and will show him the bloods to see if he things the UC or UC meds I am on can effect these numbers.

RangerVet's picture

Yep don't take aspirin just donate and you will be good buddy

LDL/HDL is worrisome as is blood glucose. Perhaps GH is effecting BG? Am taking berberine atm to help insulin sensitivity. Also low estro maybe screwing with LDL/HDL?

TrenAllDay's picture

Niacin, red yeast rice, pterostilbene, omega 3 fish oil, policosanol, fiber

Red meat should be cut out because that will negatively affect your cholesterol

Those will all improve your HDL/LDL

And your low dose of hgh won’t really have any affect on your blood glucose level

pattar's picture

Thank you. Already ordered some fish oil and will look into the others.

RangerVet's picture

Ldl and hdl will improve with time. Try niacin. More cardio. Eat clean non greasy food. Frut and vegetables and take time off. Your glucose is not even close to being worrisome other than it going low. 91 is not high. Monitor it and let me know if above 120.

Ok. Have actually been upping cardio lately anyway. Am going to take some fish oil and will look into niacin. Diet is pretty much on point. Have a cheat with the family on Sat. night and one other midweek. Other than that clean.
