Everything looks pretty good, just gotta bring that chest up. Its a weak point for me to but I'm finally finding what works best. Acne always fucks me at the end of my cycles to bro. Never much only cycle, then pct comes and boom, I'm like a teen again. shit sucks. +1
Thanks homie! Yes my chest needs work can do push ups all day, bench I struggle with but dumbell press is getting better. I actually really appreciate you mentioning that, great motivation for me to hit it harder my man!
I struggle with bench to, it's pathetic compared to my barbell row and other back stregnth. I have long arms so it makes it a little harder and from the looks of it you have big strong arms that probably do most the work. I'll give you one tip that worked for me. Pre exhausting the pecs with and isolation excersise like 5 sets of cable flys as your first exercise on chest day. Then when you move on to your benching your pecs get exhausted despite your arms doing a lot of the work. It really helped me as my tris would always give out before my pecs got a good workout. Give it a try for a few weeks!
