I'm definitely no ectomorph brother. I have to eat like a girl and even then I'm 195lbs right now, and that's with just trying to eat about 2500 cals. I explode when I up my calories.

I was having the same problem.I would gain weight on about 2000-2500 calories.I just couldn't lose any fat.I would say my metabolism was tanked.I upped my calories to over 3000 a day.After about a month my weight stabilized and then started decreasing.I can actually see my serratus muscles now.I haven't seen those in many years.

I found a bmr calculator that seems to be pretty accurate.I ran my numbers,then I ran yours.It puts your bmr at 2027.BMR is the calories your body burns at rest.If you are moderately active,your caloric needs are a little over 3100.Here is a link. http://www.nbc.com/the-biggest-loser/social/cheryls-blog/2012/11/how-man...

Well,your going to be told your too young to cycle.And you are.Your profile says your 13-15% bodyfat.I highly doubt it,you look very lean.You look like an ectomorph and it will take a large amount of calories for you to gain any weight.I feel you would be better off getting your diet on point now and see what kind of gains you can make.
