What do you guys think BF% is?

ad

I been trying to put on some weight. I went up from 185lbs to 196lbs. I work grave shift so my diet is screwed up but I feel like I been eating alright. I eat a lot of chicken and brown rice, fruits, eggs and a poptart for my pre-workout haha and once in a blue moon some Clen if I'm in zombie mode.

Typical day
I wake up at 2300 and have a protein shake with milk. Head off to work and at about 0200 ill eat a ham sandwich w/ veggies, 0500 I eat my chicken and brown rice, 0830 I have my two eggs some potatoes, beans and cheese and a 1/4 of an avocado, at 0930 hit the gym for 2 hours with my workout partner go home have a protein shake and in bed by 0230.

Any suggestions for grave shift work haha?

lol this comment is funny. GH is a night owl and only creeps out to play when the suns down like a vampire?? Don't spread your "bro science" GH is mainly released while sleeping, doesn't matter if its night or day. If what you are saying then all our friends in Alaska during summers 24hrs of daytime would all be deformed from GH not being released lol

Haha thanks bro. Any suggestions? I just started eating a lot healthier so I'm starting to see the progress!

Hit up some of the diet gurus around here. From what you posted it sounds like you arent getting anywhere close to enough protein, or carbs or cals for growth.

As for bf% looks like 15ish to me.

I think I am bro cuhz I put on like 11 pounds in the last 3 months. I'm aiming for like 2800 calories per day. I know I need to work on my diet some more haha who would you recommend talking to?

GRIMEY's picture

The majority of that weight is likely water and glycogen. 2800 calories at your weight is LOW. Go to the weight gain forum and post up your diet and stats and Im sure you'll get some advice, or better yet, go to community/groups and find the group "Proper diet and training" and post in there, they'll set you up.
