Can continual growth be expected from 500mg Test each cycle? Or do you need to add different compounds to continue to grow?

ad

Let’s assume you were doing everything right from day one, each cycle you do with 500mg of test, is it true that you’re going to have less gains each cycle than you had on the one prior?

Let's assume you have no interest in experimenting with sides from other compounds, Do you reach a point where you absolutely need to add different compounds or increase dose to make gains? How fast does that happen? 3rd-5th cycle?

Additionally what would be the next step to take if you want to get bigger, add a second compound or increase test dose?

Ultimately. there is a max size anyone can get so by default, the closer you get to your maximum potential the less gains you'll see no matter what you add. Unfortunately, many try to eke out a little bit more. Like a junkie looking for that original high, you'll never see the gains you saw on your fist cycles.

I'll give you an honest answer on this one, and say that no you will not continue to make gains forever on 500mg of Test per week and keep on getting bigger and heavier each time you run it. If this were possible then you would see guys that started at 180lb's natural in the end become 280lb mass monsters still on the same 500mg Test per week. Sure you can keep making gains on 500mg for quite a while if you keep manipulating certain things like more food, optimal sleep, optimal training and the best programme possible, best rest protocol etc. But in the end this will all peak and exhaust, and to get bigger and continue to grow you will either have to up the Test dose or add in other compounds - this is why people do this. Its also why guys increase HGH doses alongside other things that make it more effective, add in IGF-1 and so on. It also depends on the level you want to get to. Remember that if you see a guy at 250lbs saying he just uses 500mg Test, he also probably started at over 200lb's natural to begin with so it probably wasn't as much of a challenge to reach that weight. Being able to force feed too is highly beneficial if you can do it.

Well if your curious about a certain compound, you can do a search for that compound and look up its profile and see why someone would opt to add it to there cycles. Some compounds are better for strength, some for anabolism. Some dont aromatize, some do. Some are low on the androgenic scale compared to test so you can get good anabolic effects without andro sides. Just gotta research and know what your goals are. If your perfectly happy with test alone then I would say awesome, your cycles are simple.

Ive bumped my trt from 120 to 500mg several times. I've looked decent each time but the times that I looked noticeably better my diet was about 80% on point versus 50/50. It's very hard for me to be 100% on point due to a few variables but for me diet played the biggest part. You will see your body change just based on the nutrients you put in it, what I mean is sometimes I go through a phase where I will cut out carbs and I will look smaller and flatter and then I'll have a cheat meal like pizza and wake up the next morning looking tremendous. Diet is 85/90 % of it. Ive never really gone over 500 on purpose but when i do raise up to 500 i notice a difference each time and i look better each time. I'm sure if you add in a mild compound like EQ you will notice a greater difference

You can cycle your gym routine and foods for continuee growth. Power for 8 weeks. 10x10 for 2 weeks shock the system. Volume 8 weeks. Repeat. Or mix it up.

As you get bigger, putting on the same amount of muscle each cycle, the results are less and less noticable. If you're 180, and put on 30lbs, now you're 210, post pct 200... Out of that 30 lbs, only 5-10 is lean muscle. Visually 180-210 is very noticable.
If you're 270, putting on 10pounds of lean mass isn't gonna be as obvious visually as the jump would be for someone 180-190.

Get what I'm saying?

As long as you give your receptors a chance to do whatever they do from taking a break, aka lower your tolerance to high doses of test, and increase your calorie /protein intake plus keep the training/weight going up...

I have powerlifter friends that all they ever take is 500mgs of test twice a year.

It's all goal based. What is yours? A desired look, strength? Each compound has its place. For most basic Test cycle will suffice. You want to look like the hulk, then you're looking at Deca/NPP, Tren, etcetera. I don't know the exact science of each compound but read a lot based off your goals. Research which compounds will work best for you.

Growth is not linear regardless of how much gear you pump in or how many compounds you stack. Otherwise, those mass monsters on the open Olympia stage would be 500lb lean. For an average gym goer you could certainly accomplish everything you want to accomplish just running test. Then some of the other compounds can be used to achieve a specific “look” that is temporary or specific performance goals in the powerlifting/sports realm.

You can continually gain on less than 500mg of test

Wondering what’s the point of adding say, nandrolone on your second or third cycle (as some people advocate) if you can just run test continuously and have better bloodwork.

What’s the angle to adding secondary compounds in your first few cycles?

I’m just wrapping up my second test only cycle and feel content with my gains. I’ll probably run test only again next cycle. Just concerned if at that point the gains will be minimal and I would regret not adding nandrolone or primo

Different compounds do different things. Have different effects and different side effects. Everyone reacts differently to different compounds. Deca I really noticed lubrication in my joints. Especially in my legs/knees. Everything is a gamble, ya gotta do the research and weight the pros n cons considering your goals.

In my own experience, is imagine a lot of guys feel this way also though ... I like experimenting on myself and seeing what effects things have on me. Test is amazing in itself tho. If that's all we had to work with, it's incredible by itself.

Right on! I'm loving your advice my man. Basic but simple and relevant

I'm a simple dude, simple minded. Just smart enough to know how dumb I am ;)

Thanks for the acknowledgement! I only respond because I'm happy to help other people. I hope my advice helps. Wish I had better instruction/mentors myself.

Simplicity always beats complexity in my opinion. I see so many guys making things alot harder than what things should be, especially when it comes to cycles lol. But anyways that's just the way it is. Keep on rolling man.

As someone who just completed his second cycle, I’m loving the steady progress from blasting 500-600mgs of test alone and having perfect bloodwork. Then dropping to a cruise to reset myostatin. I just don’t see the benefit in the long haul of adding anything else if 500mgs is essentially side effect free for me and it gets the job done. I think I’m going to keep doing this until it stops working.

You're smart for taking this route. I wish I knew that when I started. As appealing/exciting it can be to try all the different "flavors" of steroids, you pay for it eventually. Health should be #1 priority.

Right on! If I could give you 3 likes I would. If it isn't broke why fix?
My thoughts are same as you guy's thoughts. I 100% believe in giving my body a rest from everything. That's always worked for me. Glad you're enjoying man.
