"not so gross" canned tuna meal

Tuna is a great source of protein, right? It's high protein/low fat, cheap, easy, quick, ect. However, for many people, it's bland, gets gross after a while, and makes your fingers and breath smell like........

Here's something that might help you choke it down.

1 can of tuna (preferably solid white albacore)
1 medium baked potato
1/4 cup low fat shredded cheddar
1/4 cup nonfat sour cream

Bake and mash the potato. Dump the tuna on top of the potato. Add the shredded cheese over the top and microwave until melted. Slop on some sour cream and chow it down.

This could work well for those who can't do FF mayo.

Feel free to sprinkle on some seasonings, chives, ect to spruce things up

I never said it was good. It's just "not so gross".
