I stopped doing manual labor and I got into my late 20s while still eating 5-6 times a day. Viola!
It takes time guys, bodybuilding is a journey and no matter what drugs you take, the body needs time. You'll get there! In fact as a skinny guy, I may have to start doing cardio as this now fat boy weighed in at 210 this morning! I'm still under 15% but I'd rather get closer to 10%
P.S. When I started weight lifting I was the same height I am now but I weighed 145. It's possible guys, keep chugging away

Being a tall ecto i know all about it, gains are slow and steady. Getting cuts is easy, gaining bf is a task of over eating till I feel sick then try force some more. I have to over eat as it is just to maintain.
bigmurphDamn I think it sucks that I have to fight not to get fat and try to cut. I can see how the other end of the spectrum is the same but just how I just cut back up and lost 23 lbs I believe that if you do what it takes you can cut or gain you just have to follow the right protocol and work hard and get it done its a satisfying result when it happens.
