GH Serum Test : Nobody is thinking about THIS
I figure the absorption for insulin and growth hormone is similar
"According to Eli Lilly, the leading manufacturer of insulin, most insulin enters the blood:
Fastest from the abdomen (stomach)
A little slower from the arms
Even slower from the legs
Slowest from the buttocks
Unless your doctor has told you otherwise, it is a good idea to inject your breakfast and lunch bolus doses into the abdomen. Insulin is absorbed fastest when injected into this area. Fast absorption is needed at mealtimes to cover the carbohydrates you are about to eat.
On the other hand, your supper or bedtime dose of long-acting insulin could be injected into the thigh, buttocks, or upper arm. That's because you want the long-acting insulin to take effect gradually and cover your needs throughout the night."
Also, "It is extremely important to rotate sites to keep the skin healthy. Repeated injections in the same spot can cause scarring and hardening of fatty tissue that will INTERFERE WITH ABSORBTION of medication. "
What do you guys think? Would that explain different serum results?

Every one is different, according to some studies it does not matter when you shoot it.
Absortion rate is around 1hr and peek in the ab area is 3-6 hrs with a full life of about 12hrs for Hgh.
Lirogutide or insulin depending on the brand on the abs will have a longer life then you expect.
I shoot 1.8mg in the abs every morning and the half life is 13hrs.

I do 4iu of Hgh and victoza 1.8mg Ed
P2i2tI always used the inner thigh to pin with as well as the abdomen.the reason being is that I was told by a couple of HGH veterans that it actually has a quicker absorption rate.just going off of knowledge from others. I do not know if it is true or not myself.just figured I would comment on this though and see what people thought becauseaccording to this the legs have a slower absorption rate.and you're quoting the manufacture itself, not repeating bro science like me lol so I'm not arguing or anything when it comes to absorption rates. but yes I think it would matter considering everybody tries to get the results as close to the 3.5hour peak time as possible. so ifsomebody is pinning a spot that may take 30 minutes longer for total absorption as somebody else pinning a different spot I believe it could totally change the results.what would be nice is if we had a breakdown of actual absorption rates in each spot. But let's also remember that most people do im pins as part of their protocol for getting bloods taken and as far as I know this info is only for sub q pins correct? so for most of the people doing tests on this site anyways I believe they are mostlt pretty accurately relative compared to one another.
