Gyno stage 1-2 no problem
I am here to inform you how to obliterate your gyno ,you need a loading dose of tamoxifen the purpose of this to bring the levels of tamoxifen metabolites to levels that are anti-estrogenic as low serum levels of tamoxifen are estrogenic,
2 day loading dose of 100-180mg each day of tamoxifen for each day ,then resume with 20mg of tamoxifen until gyno dissappears,
This works much better than the traditional 20mg of tamox a day to get rid of gyno as this treatment will lower total time to be on tamoxifen,in my opinion this is less risky than the letro protocol that can sometimes make gyno worse if you don't taper right or take a anti-estrogenic a week before coming of letro then continuing on tamox for a few weeks to protect from estrogen rebound

180mg... thats 900% higher than normal dose and can cause some crazy sides...
Other than that... Raloxifene treatment would be more effective...

160mg loading makes sense, because it boosts your blood levels close to the stable level you would otherwise achieve after 5 weeks of 20mg/day of tamox use.
...but...you always have to evaluate the benefit/side ratio. There is a big difference between stage 1 gyno and advanced breast cancer, so... that being said, its smart to let the tamox slowly build up in your system. This way you can discontinue or reduce the dosage if you experience sides. But if you ram it up straight to the max and you get nasty sides, it takes a long time to clear your system since the half life of tamox is around 6 days...
Now with advanced breast cancer, there is a lot on stake, so you might want to risk it...
Raloxifene is second gen serm, has less sides and is more effective in combating gyno...
100-180mg of tamoxifen? Isnt nolvadex suppose to be somewhat liver toxic? I think its best to research that before executing this protocol..
