I have been researching for my first cycle and came across some comments about AI's. Saw some comments that said take it for the duration of your cycle, and some said they take them only when symptoms appear, reasoning being, why take more chemicals into your body until it's absolutely necessary? Seems to make sense. I have seen most say that they don't really start feeling the effects of their compound until around week 4 or 5. Seems to me that this must be about when the body starts feeling the effects of the chemicals. So wouldn't make sense to not take the preventative until this time? If your body has not started to react to the compound yet, why would a preventative be necessary so early on? Now I have no idea what I am talking about just writing down my thoughts in an interest to see the answers to them. So what's your opinion based on your personal experience and knowledge?
