+ 3 Gymjunkie's Mass Gainer shake
I have posted one before but here is a shake that's near and dear to my heart. recommended for those people looking to put on mass.
3 cups whole milk
3 scoops of Opt nutrition gold standard whey
1 table spoon ground flax seed
1/4 cup of steal cut oats
2 table spoons of all natural peanut butter
1 teaspoon of agave nectar.
take all dry ingreedeants put in a blender and blend till finely ground add your milk and peanut butter and agave nectar blend till desired consistency.
89 grams of protein
987 calories ( give or take a few here)
this is my go to favorite when adding mass, this should not be a staple in your diet but only to add additional calories with quality nutrition. remember key to adding mass is food food and food
