I posted similar question and received rather good feedback bro check it out I found it very useful the biggest was maintain your sodium under 800mg

but I would reconsider the fact that you mentioned 2 long estered compounds and a short, not to mention unless you are very familliar with how your body works with deca you might think twice about stacking tren in there.

Diet, eat clean and low sodium. These will put you in better form than any drug.
most of your ai will help with that. tren should also help with the water weight. are you gonna run deca and tren together??
