I have a sweet tooth!

So I have a weakness for Chocolate and all things sweet. I probably have a bar a day:
Calories: 205
Sugars: 22.2g
Fat 11.7g
Saturates: 7.3g
Salt: 0.10g
Does anyone have any top tips or advise on this? Or maybe an alternative sweet that wouldn't be so high in fat!

I have a bag of dark choc chips in the freezer, have a few every now and again. A bag lasts me like 2 weeks I think it's 12oz.
It's just candy...It's not love
dark chocolate over milk chocolate, 70%+ cocoa content...less sugar, fiber, full of antioxidants. lower blood pressure and cholesterol... plus a multitude of other benefits. 1 oz/day
I don't see the problem with this? Moderation that's all.
