If used in the way I describe below, you could be good to go in about 2-2.5 months utilizing HCG/Clomid. Always start with HCG first and then clomid after. Of course you must eat a diet of healthy fats/cholesterols which is the building block for testosterone and other hormones, get an adequate sleep, and continue to weightlift /gym while recovering.

Best way to use HCG in my own personal experience: 250 iu, every other day for 5 weeks or so if you are just recovering from a single cycle. Too much HCG can cause thyroid hormones to be overactive as well as also can shut down natural test production/cause issues with DHT. Yes it will takea bit to start noticing effects but after about 10,000 iu's in, your balls will be fat and juicy and you won't have caused any side effects of rushing it. Running it for about 10,000 iu's is better for longer cruises but you should be careful not to use it more than that. Modern medicine tells men with infertility issues that they should take it for many months but those men are facing a different issue/have a different use for it than we do. With HCG though you don't want to use for too long. You can get away with doing 1,000 iu per week for like 5 -6 weeks and then just move onto clomid (very effective at helping elevate LH and FSH). or enclomiphene (less sides).
