How long before gym you take it? What was your dose
I would take 50mg in the morning with my vitamins. I know most say to split for levels but i tried and would always forget my second dose and also there aren't enough studies showing more gains against splitting or non splitting. Also if you take a liver protection you cannot take with the oral or it will just flush your oral so dbol in morning and Liv52 DS in evening. I didnt take preworkout because i didnt have the need for more energy. But i did try for a little preworkout couple years ago one time and 2hrs before was my time
Interesting I didn’t know that about the flushing, what if I take my liver support supplements at 8AM and Dbol at 3pm ish would that be okay
That would be fine i would think. I dont know the exact science or time but i do know the liver pills are cleaning as it passes through so at least not too close in time. I could be wrong but i read somewhere how it detoxifies at same time so not good idea or a waste so it scared me into not taking together. I wonder if someone can weigh in on this subject
