I always get my orders. Only once out of like 35 orders something happened with carrier pigeon but he reshipped and i received within 4 days. Yes contact is between 24-48hrs but usually its at my door before i even get tracking or a response. Sometimes you might be missing item due to it out of stock but it always came as soon as it restocked

If you only have one vial, and have never used IGF-1 LR3 before…. I would add 2ml of acetic acid solution. Use 10iu (50mcg) subq pre workout for 8 days. Then switch to 10iu (50mcg) bilateral IM preworkout and 10iu (50mcg) subq post workout for the next 6 days. Just my humble recommendation
