When was your last dose of Reta before your bloodwork? I’m not positive but I’ve read how Reta affects glucagon and it may temporarily bump the blood glucose. I’ve been running Reta as well and my numbers were a little higher than I thought they would be. Still good but definitely went up from previous bloodwork. Next time I get bloodwork I’ll probably obtain from Reta for several days before bloodwork. Also thinking about buying a blood glucose monitor kit. That way I can monitor my levels without having to get bloodwork. Pretty cheap too
Reta dose was the day before blood test that came back at 96, so maybe that was it? I thought Reta lowered glucose levels based on the reading I’ve done, but I could be wrong. Glucose monitor is on my list too, I’m not trying to get diabetes in my quest of getting huge lmao.

I don’t eat for 90 min after I take my GH. I feel good! No noticeable differences in sleep. However many report taking GH before bed and sleep great. Not me.
