From what it seems like something serious is going on with Key IRL. Not here to speculate on what that is, but he hasn't been online during this time frame, and I'm sure there are circumstances that prevent him from doing so. He's communicated what he can to his TG guys and I'm sure he's trying to get things sorted as soon as he can.
Anyone else seen the issues USROIDS are posting about having currently on their telegram channel? Anyone know how to message them on telegram. I see no way to do it on the News Channel. Overthinking it. If you order directly from china it’s usually through WhatsApp or telegram and you gotta send them all your info to get it shipped through there. No feds have come a knockin so far

Looking for some advice from the more experienced GH users here. Im a couple weeks into running 3iu of Goldtrope before bed and I’m experiencing some nerve compression which has me waking up frequently during the night. Loving the pumps, fullness and recovery, but does this shit subside eventually? Should I stop being stubborn and lower the dose, or just wait it out? Any help would be much appreciated!

I've felt that from 4iu of another brand. But never goldtrope.
You can hit the sauna, hot yoga, touch of AI to reduce the water and see if that alleviates the nerve compression. I don’t sleep well taking GH in PM before bed so I started using in AM fasted. Symptoms don’t bother me as much during the day. The tingling/falling asleep hands in the middle of the night is pretty annoying. And with all that said, eventually you should adapt and the sides with subside. I personally went from 2iu to 4iu and the sides were too much, dropped down to 2iu for about 4 weeks, then 3iu for a month, then 4iu for a month. Now I’m sitting at 5-6iu regularly with very minimal sides.
Thanks for the advice brother, seems like I’m in the camp of people that don’t tolerate PM GH. Do you notice any insulin sensitivity issues dosing in the morning? I have a very physical job and usually eat every 2-3 hours, but I shouldn’t have a problem fasting for a couple hours post injection. On a bulk right now so trying to stay as lean and insulin sensitive as possible for the next 6 or so months.
I usually take my GH first thing in the morning along with my daily meds/supplements, then take my kids to school. About an hour after my GH injection I’ll hit the gym, do fasted cardio. Then I’ll lift weights and drink some Gatorade and eat some skittles or nerds. I know cardio isn’t always optimal before lifting but it works for me. And I try to stay fasted for 90 min post GH injection
Per recent bloodwork and my personal physical observations, no insulin issues. You should also supplement with berberine when you eat. HGH nudges insulin resistance up and Berberine nudges it down.
Funny you should mention berberine, I just started taking it with my post workout meal and with my last meal of the day. Im also running 1.5mg Reta per week so I’m hoping those two should be enough. Fasting glucose pre GH was 77 and at a Dr. appointment earlier this week it was 96, which lead me to start the berberine. It’s never been that high so I was a little shocked.
My A1C was like 6.2. couple months on berberine 1500mg it dropped to 5.5 and doctor was happy. It really does work!
Thats awesome! Mine usually hovers around 4.9-5.1 but that was before I started GH. I’ll get some basic bloodwork in another couple weeks and see whats going on under the hood.
She wanted me do all this wierd dieting and crap but i googled and ordered berberine and now she praises me for keeping up with her diet and exercise advice. She dont know about the berberine

When was your last dose of Reta before your bloodwork? I’m not positive but I’ve read how Reta affects glucagon and it may temporarily bump the blood glucose. I’ve been running Reta as well and my numbers were a little higher than I thought they would be. Still good but definitely went up from previous bloodwork. Next time I get bloodwork I’ll probably obtain from Reta for several days before bloodwork. Also thinking about buying a blood glucose monitor kit. That way I can monitor my levels without having to get bloodwork. Pretty cheap too
