I have been totally off the juice for 18 months I'm taking a try 300 mg of cup a week rite now looking to bulk up. I'm 32 5'10 200 on about 14% body fat I can only see the top abs kinda guessing on the body fat% any ideas I have done multiple cycles but I know since I'm fresh less is more any ideas??
Anon300mg of cyp isn't really a bulker but it's not a bad idea, I do like low test cycles for 'toning' up and getting back in shape. It'll definitely give you a little bit of size and strength. Moreso this will help you get back into the gym and where you want to be.
The 300 is just me taking a lil over what the doc prescribed I'm think about uping it to 600 mg and adding something else looking for ideas
Anonnow we're on a cycle. You could add Deca for a straight bulk or EQ for a leaner bulk. If you're going for orals, dbol or adrol. TBOL is pretty solid too, a good middle ground for low sides, medium gains.
