Both are similar but mk677 is more along the lines of an hgh booster. From what I read while researching, the two can be stacked but I'm already adding hgh to the regimen. May try it in the future though

I've researched it and other peptides extensively. The only negative aspect was that it was shown to increase tumors in mice. You have to dig deeper though, to find that it did so at ~10,000x the recommended human dosage...in a 6 ounce mouse. I plan on taking 1/2 the recommended dose and will report on its effects
The other big negative of it for me (other than potential cancer) is its ability to induce muscle fiber switching. What it does is to cause your type II fibers to become more oxidative and convert over type I fibers. What it is doing is turning your fast-twitch type II fibers which are used for strength, explosiveness (your typical hypertrophy bodybuilding type fibers) into the type 1 fibers which are endurance fibers (i.e marathon runner). Your type II fibers depend primarily on glucose for fuel and GW causes them to shift to using fatty acids instead which is what the type 1 (slow-twitch) oxidative fibers use for energy. This is the reason you can lose fat with it and your endurance can increase. You are changing your myfibers from glycotic (type ii) to oxidative (type I). So the trade-off here is going from a bodybuilder physique to more of a classic runner. If I was a cyclist or marathon runner, GW would be on the top of my list, but as a bodybuilder it is a no-go for me.

I've always been naturally big and naturally strong. I'd really like to lean down a lot. Every time I start a cut cycle, I end up bulking anyway. Looking to run one all the way to completion this time. I'd love to keep the mass and have the physique of a cyclist but I don't see that ever happening again. When I was a young Marine in my 20s, I had a 29-30 inch waist and a 46 inch chest. I've added on to the chest but added far more to the latter!
