Any thought to having low dose daily Cialis? Maybe like 10mg pills? I'm getting tired of having to use research chem shops for this...
I personally do this but I just split the tabs and take 7.5mg per day for prostate health. It also has other benefits. I tend to respond better to low dose cialis throughout a long period rather than the large dose all at once

If you use it pre workout.....hit it 1hrs before with complex carbs. Medium carb 30mins before...insane pumps. Watch for e2 spike if e2 sensitive

Same boat, wife tried to run bar from another src. She said she had the worst headaches and oily skin. Pretty much demanded Titans. Not complaining she knows where the good stuff comes from!
Blood pressure headaches, oily skin normal too esp. for a girl. My girl been taking var on off for years .when she does 10mg she gets headaches sometimes and when she lowers it to 5mg there gone. She usually starts at 5mg for few weeks then 10mg for few weeks then back down to 5mg.
Don’t think I ever reported back but the PIP on the DHB was minimal. Was pretty smooth. Probably still very individual as far as response but I am pretty PIP sensitive and it wasn’t an issue.
