Thanks brother!! Yeah I don’t run TUDCA unless I’m doing anything nutty but NAC pretty much year round. And Slam about three 1/2 gal hydronators a day, hopefully I’ll skip any liver inflammation.
I also take other ped harm management annciliaries that most skip (cardiac related and others … telmisartan, nebivolol, ezetimibe, citrus Bergamont, astragalus, c, d3, MK7, magnesium, glycine, acetyl-l-carnitine, probiotics, fiber, loll I can keep going)… I’ll take breaks when I can but my heart rate and BP has never been better going for lipids/cac score after this last yolo year. Might have to hang up the hat soon.
